The fence was exceptionally well installed, is extremely sturdy and straight, and when there was an initial problem with some boards they went above and beyond sending multiple people out to have it resolved. In fact, even a year later, when I had a driveway problem causing the gate to not open (NOT an issue with the gate), they sent someone out to saw the bottom boards and re-hang the gate at no cost. "We were very impressed with Rick and Jarod; they were here when they said they would be, they accommodated us since it is our only bathroom by replacing the toilet each day prior to leaving. They went over and above to help with replacing some other sheet rock areas, magically fixed a drawer in our new vanity that the plumber said they would have to screw closed... still can't figure out how they did it! "The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness. <br />"

"Spoke at length on the phone, out to review our situation, then again and brought window sample, explained everything in detail-very thorough!  Measured the windows and reviewed manufacturer guidelines/products to be sure we could get the items needed.  Very impressed with the windows he installs!  Out of 8 contractors we have met with, he was the only one that went into the details.  We have visited dealers to look at other windows and nothing compares to the service we received.  He has also been patient while we secure financing for all the windows, get insurance company out here, work with ADT on new security system, all the items that would required to reinstall with replacement windows.  Very organized - We will be installing the windows and I will update this review  after install.   <br />"

"Joseph is very detailed, trustworthy and thorough. I had new appliances delivered on the 23 of Dec last year and the refrigerator was taller then anticipated and in order for it to not be in the center of my kitchen for Christmas Eve the cabinetry needed to be notified and joseph came to my rescue.
