"We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. "Instead of showing up and completing the job, they showed up maybe every 60 days or so. They put wood boards below the high-water mark. They cut off the support beams for the railings. Put in new support beams with cheap wood railings that have wrapped and sagged. I am very disappointed with the quality and the timeliness of their work."

"It took 22 weeks for HydroTech Pools to compete our pool and deck. During this lengthy process, they were inexplicably uncommunicative and unapologetic for the delays. Crews came and went with weeks of waiting in between and the whole job was rarely supervised. There were a number of mishaps ... piles of fill left for months, construction garbage left at the side of the house, an empty pool left empty with no caution barrier, people showing up to install equipment that hadn't been delivered. While we watched other pool companies completing two comparable pools nearby in less than 13 weeks, it was a frustrating experience for us as seasonal residents with limited time in Florida. The job failed several inspections and it took them additional weeks to remedy these minor issues. Towards the end of the project, we sent them a respectful letter highlighting some of the issues that had occurred and making a few constructive suggestions. The owner was completely unresponsive. While the pool looks fine so far, it wasn't worth the hassle with all the other pool companies out there. We cannot recommend this company."

"I must say, I was very considerate to this company. I allowed them to correct their mistakes, gave them the benefit of the doubt. They had months, close to a year, to complete a grade three water damage situation including a new roof and new drywall. It's less than 30 days before insurance will stop paying out and unfortunately, they cannot be bothered to finish on time. They gave the "run around," didn't answer phone calls, tried to take advantage. I am sorry to say they will be defending themselves in court. It's most unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone on the PLANET. May Jesus, the Better Business Bureau, the DBPR and anyone else I can find have mercy on their souls. I know I won't. Hey Frank, Tim and the several other people you passed us off to, I hope you all have a fantastic day. I cannot believe you all reviewed your own company. Insecure much?"
