"Things went well/better than i expected. Technician diagnosed quickly that one of the circuit breakers on the outside panel was bad and replaced with a new 20 amp breaker. Was pleased not only with the outcome, but was also impressed with the technicians professionalism and willingness to to explain things honestly with tips & advice to avoid future problems as well as possibly upgrading equipment (circuit breakers/panel) in the distant future to avoid problems without being pushy to make a sale.
