We are the areas premier water/fire/smoke mitigation and restoration company, serving all of the Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We work closely with all major insurance carriers. We also do complete fire/water structural reconstruction. We are participants in many major insurance company direct repair programs.

"Referred by my insurance company for water mitigation. They were fast and on time. They removed an area rug for cleaning, 2 months later and it has yet to be returned. I've called three times and finally was told the rug was in the drying process and would be returned in 2 days. What kind of cleaning process takes 2 months? What type of customer service is this?"
