"My appointment window was 12 to 5 p.m, and they arrived about 4:30 p.m.  Due to my driveway being slanted, they couldn't start immediately but had to fill the small engine completely full with gas so it would run to power the cleaner.  After they returned from a nearby gas station they were very courteous and worked quickly.  They were very fair in the pricing of a large family room carpet, stairs, master bedroom, and upper hallway.  They gave me recommendations as to what to use the clean the carpet in the future to maximum its life and condition. <br /> I'm very pleased with the service I received, and would gladly use Stanley Steemer again. <br />"

"The work was done well, until the workman put a dark brown vent on my off-white carpet. Then he used an oversized return air cover, instead of a smaller one that would fit better. I asked if these could be exchanged for more appropriate colored and sized parts. The worker never responded to my request. Also I'd discussed a possible filter system (again to deal with mold formation) with the financial estimator, but after leaving 3 voicemails for him to return my call, he failed to do so. I was disappointed with this lack of professionalism."

"Its a challenge to write a review in a situation where I have not a single criticism. Serviceman came on a Saturday evening within 40 minutes of calling Dodrill Heating and Cooling. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Mindful of his work boots in a residential home & wore shoe covers. His explanation of what needed done and the associated cost was straight forward without any undisclosed costs. He did the work that needed done, did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself. Most impressive was how pleasant he was as an individual."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

"<p>He did an excellent job.    At the time, he was managing the maintenance of an apartment complex, so he was only available on the weekends.  However, the work was completed every weekend, including holidays (July 4 specifically).   He kept us appraised of progress and tweaked his work along the way.   For example, when he started we didn't think there was that much dirt and sediment on the boat launch. and we asked that the dirt be placed upon the upper level.   Once we realized how much dirt there was, he changed the design of the wall to include deadmen (I think that's what he called them) to ensure the wall wouldn't collapse.   He did a wonderful job and would periodically request we review his work to ensure we were happy.   He is a hard worker and never sits still.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
