"We hired Lawn Systems to design and build two retaining wall and landscape areas in our yard. The designs of the walls and plants were very creative and beautiful. The workers were very professional, diligent and polite. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and driveway after the work. They even went the extra mile to take sod that they dug up and put in other needed areas in my yard (per my extra request) and put extra rock they had in places where rock was pressed down and had thin coverage (per another request). They did not charge extra for that. We were very happy with their work and would hire them again. They price was fair for the quality of work we received."

"It was fine for several years and now, I think, they're getting very careless. It wasn't me so much as my neighbor who uses them also. They came to work on her lawn and it was as hard as cement at the time. They shouldn't have come. They should have waited till it rained or it was softer and was more conducive. But, they came and did it first time. She called up and said, "Hey, I'm not paying for this." So, they came and did it again, when it was pliable land. This isn't the first time it has happened either. I don't know whether they're getting people in there that they're not training or people that are trained. They used to have people that knew what they were doing. Now, I think they just have a list of people to go and do it. They do it and they have no idea what they should be doing and when they should be doing it. I'm not complaining about mine yet. But I watch them. What they did for my neighbor was absolutely ridiculous. They're expensive. They always have been more than most others. But I use them because I figured they were very experienced. It's an old company and they had a good reputation. I've been using them for 20 years. "

At the beginning of the year, Kevin walked though all the recommended services for my lawn and allowed me to select those I wanted.  I knew the full cost up front.
