"Have used them before. Last time for normal maintenance, this time to fix a problem caused by an open van door. Just like last time they were quick and professional. Came the same day. He was done within an hour. Door is fully repaired. Definitely would use again and highly recommend."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

When Bryan came to the house to provide an estimate, I was glad to learn he would be one of the two persons painting my home since he seemed very easygoing and knowledgeable. Both Bryan and his colleague, Rick, clearly knew their stuff, and worked very efficiently together, completing the painting in less time than was originally stated. I liked that they took time to ensure no detail had been overlooked, and that the quality of their work was perfect. "They gave me choices of moldings which meant choices in the project cost. The modeling was perfectly stained and looks amazing. What a difference in the look of the room. The closet doors are beautiful and the trim work matches the molding perfectly. (i wasn't sure our bedroom could look this good). They were courteous, on time, careful in my house and did an outstanding job, The price for the job was fair and they finished the work on time. "Karen was very patient and helpful in seeking the requirements to provide necessary designs for closets. Karen and her crew accommodated our schedule to set up the installation appointments. The installed closets are nice. However, the BIG SHOCK came in the form of patch-up work done to close the holes left from removing existing shelving. These patched-up holes look really ugly!! I wished that Karen gave an option to paint the walls or recommended us to paint the walls before installing their closets."
