We want all the details.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Brandon and Allan came out to do the air ducts - they were personable, professional, punctual, and up front about what I could expect for the outcome. They made every effort to keep the condo clean while they worked.  I was very pleased with the service provided.  If that was the only service provided they would have gotten an A from me.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Then Dave and Troy came out to do the upholstery and blinds for me.  They did vacuum the most of the blinds (they missed 2 in a bedroom) and cleaned the chairs and ottoman.  Everything seemed to be going fine until they left.  I found after they left that 2 of my blinds were no longer working and they had not informed me of the fact before they left. I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day.  They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds.  However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. </p> <p>They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem.  It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response.  They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me.  </p> <p>Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped.  Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service.  I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.</p> <br />"

"Service Tech Norm arrived as promised around 2:00 pm.  He came in and looked over the system and within 15 minutes, isolated the primary problem that caused the boiler to fail.  He had the part on the truck, installed it, and within a very short timeframe, the furnace was back up and running!  As I type this, it is 18 degrees outside, so this type of quick fix is MUCH APPRECIATED. <br /> While there, Norm identified 2 additional parts on the boiler that are on the verge of failure and gave me the price quote to fix these and an approximate timeline to avoid another outage. <br /> He also told me about their 3 year maintenance plan for covered cleanings.  The plan also provides discounts on parts, so I did the math in my head and determined that this was an outstanding deal and signed up for it. <br /> My home is now heated again as the snow flies outside! <br /> I highly recommend this company. <br />"

"I went through many before I found one that was really good. They do residential, commercial and upholstery. She has two guys that do upholstery and carpet cleaning, which is extra. They also power wash windows inside and outside. They also do usual things that are extra like refrigerators. When they go through the initial run-through the very first time, she has 3 girls and it is about 1 1/2-2 hours. She charges anywhere from $130-$179. My house is a 1500 square foot ranch so it is not that big and she charged me $130. Then she goes by the week. She has 3 ladies that come to my house and they get done in an hour. I pay $77. She originally came in and went through the house and saw what I wanted done. Then she gave me a price from that. I will absolutely continue to use them."

"<p>Service tech arrived on time; determined status of boiler - inoperative due to failed cut-off switch.  Technician did a complete check and cleaning of the boiler and ancillary systems; removed much soot and other contaminants - boiler had not been used for lengthy time.  Technician not have part with him, but bypassed the switch to allow the boiler to operate temporarily - absolutely necessary, very cold at this time!  Technician returned the following week, installed the new switch, tested the boiler; operation has been flawless since, and we expect that this will continue.</p> <p>We have used Dependable before, about four years ago.  Their work lives up to the company's name, service is prompt, and their prices are very reasonable.  </p> <p>I am completely satisfied. </p> <br />"

"I made an emergency call to Albert Heating at around 3:00 A.M., when I found out my furnace wasn't working on a 0 degree night. I got a call back right away, after leaving a message, from Todd. Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 A.M., and got a prompt call back at that time. Repair man was here by 8:45 A.M. Work was done quickly and professionally. I found the repair reasonable, under the circumstances. Replaced inducer motor for near cost (a slight mark up is expected) and got the furnace up and running with in an hour."

"<p>The installation was very smooth. The 2 man crew arrived when they said they would and worked consistently for 3 hours doing a very efficient job. They spread a tarp over the hardwood floors in the kitchen and cleaned up all their mess at the end of the job. They even swept up the garage floor from the insulation that fell out of the attic when they were working. They answered all my mother's questions as the work went on. They brought 3 different lens covers and showed all of them to my mother for her decision as to which one she liked. They took away all of the cardboard boxes and did not leave her anything to get rid of. Over all, they were very professional and my mother would highly recommend them to anyone interested in that product.</p> <p>The salesman, at their office was very patient in answering my mother's questions and she had a lot of them- everyone in the office was very professional and polite.</p> <br />"
