"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. He was the face of the company and handled all contract, payment and punch list items after the install. It was nice to deal with the same person start to finish, like your satisfaction really mattered to this company. "Southernwood put a roof on my new construction home. Install was fine, overall appearance of the roof was nice, decent customer service and follow-up. However there was a leak in my newly installed roof. Each time I called to complain, Southernwood responded within 2 days. Each time they responded, it was something different, to much water in one area, to much debris, and a poor design. They even offered to provide a quote to rectify the poor design. I had someone else find the source of the leak - a hole in the flashing. This one little detail missed created hundreds of dollars in repairs, and could have been avoided."
