I am professional, experienced, and passionate about what I do. I specialize in demolition and Vinyl Plank installation, and various other flooring types. We are not liable to repaint baseboards after installation,\nnor are we liable for any minor dings or damages to walls or existing paint from the removal of large furniture. Compensation/Repairs for any larger\ndamages incurred during the install process will be dealt with on a case by case basis between the owner and the client. Any compensation/repairs must\nbe agreed upon by the owner as well as the client in writing before moving forward. \n\nMinimum deposit of the amount of half (50%)** the invoice is required when signing the project agreement to cover material costs. Client will be required\nto pay the remainder of the invoice upon job completion.\n\n*Contractor will assist Client with the procurement of material for the job. If owner already has materials, prices will reflect this.
