"I called at about noon for an appointment. They said appointment would be Monday or Tuesday. They called back about an hour later and said someone could be there by 3pm. I accepted. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. I paid the bill and he left. Over all it was a professional experience and the appliance is working within established parameters. I would hire them again."

That's really sad and bad for the environment, but parts and labor totally swamp chinese production cost for new devices. I spent $1300 for a new GE oven to replace a five year old LG oven. SAD!!!"
