"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

If we could hire Mike we would, but unfortunately we only needed a storm door and the owner tried to upsell us on more doors stating the storm door was an add-on and we couldn't just get that. Rhis isnt reflective of Mike whatsoever....he was amazing and personable! The entire package quote put us well over our budget for 1 storm door replacement thus why we didnt hire them. Mike did give us a final offer knocking a chunk off the price but again this was too high for our budget. It was worth having him here and for the information. We were hoping for some odd reason the package bundle would have been more reasonable rather than equivalent to the cost of replacing a roof. Thank you for your time though, your products do appear quality and you get what you pay for....but for us just not affordable."
