In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation.
