However, a couple weeks later the screws started popping out on multiple pickets. The pickets are bowing in quite a few places because the wrong screws were used. I contacted them and was told that they would be out to replace pickets that week. Two weeks later I contacted them again because no one showed up, again no one came. I contacted them again and was once again told they would come replace pickets that week. They never showed up, so my husband went ahead and fixed it himself. Overall not impressed."
