"They were great! I had a rug that was in terrible shape! I mean terrible!! Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"

"The new outlets required running tubing along the garage wall. It was done very well and the new , four-outlet box with two outlets each to two different breakers was just what was needed for a new sump pump system. The garage light switch had not been working properly for several months. They determined the switch was faulty, replaced it and haven't had any trouble since. The kitchen fluorescent bulb was failing to come on properly. It is in a somewhat difficult spot in the ceiling and partly in the attic. They replaced the ballast with no issues and it has worked fine through a very cold winter.

"I was on Premier HVAC’s schedule for spring preventive maintenance. This would normally be expected in mid- to late- April, but this year was different. We started getting 80 degree heat in March, so I called for an earlier schedule. Scott Beckett (proprietor) came to clean and inspect.
I needed a top-up charge on freon-- not bad for a system that has run nearly twenty years. That done, Scott pronounced my system ready for hot weather-- which arrived less than 24 hours after his visit.
We turned on the AC, and it ran perfectly for two days-- and quit. A call tp Premier brought Scott back almost immediately. He found a burned-off wire in the power feed. Even though I could see the defect was unrelated to his previous visit, he refused payment for the second repair. He and I both knew it wasn't his error, but he wanted to leave no room for doubt or dissatisfaction.
With the way this summer is starting out, I now have Premier HVAC on my speed-dial.

"Pete Jarvis, Jose Garcia, and their entire crew did a fantastic job from start to finish.  This was a big job (two-weeks) that included draining water from a basement that initially flooded due to the power being shut off (by the bank who held the mortgage on the vacant home), and the water removal was delayed further due to a failed sump pump.
  
They removed all drywall and carpet from the basement.  Next they used a multi-step process to kill and remove all mold/mildew, assisted by lots of equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers).  They used HEPA vacuums, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and fogging to ensure that the entire house was thoroughly cleaned of any mold/mildew spores that may have been present.
All of the AdvantaClean employees were friendly and professional.  They explained the process thoroughly and completely answered all of my questions.  They took great care to protect the hardwood flooring, carpet, and everything else in the house while they worked.  I highly recommend these guys!

"Doug and his crew did an excellent job! They provided a quote quickly and when I had a request for a different combination of furnace/ AC / thermostat, they worked out the best rebates and replied with 2 additional options.   They were prompt, courteous, efficient and clean. The workmanship looks very finished. - pipes, wires and tubes all with supports. Doug even constructed a little instruction manual holder out of metal to hold all of the manuals on the side.    I may not know what all of them do but the installation looks very clean and professional.  My husband is in the construction trade and he was even pleased! The furnace and air conditioner have done an excellent job in cooling and heating. We didn't choose the cheapest products or the most expensive and Doug helped explain the choices that were the most effective for heating and cooling our home.  They were almost completely finished in 1 day and came past the next day for just a short time to compete the job.  Doug spent time instructing us on the programmable thermostat and also on how to use the whole house humidifier.  I would definitely use their services again.
