"Review Recently had a job completed by RJ Falcone and honestly if I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the second time we’ve had work done with them. They did such an amazing job last year with our patio pavers and dry-well install, we opted to go with them again to complete a semi in-ground wrap and raised patio. Rich and his team were fantastic every step of the way. He was always very responsive whenever we had questions and was usually able to get back to us within a day or so. In addition to wrapping the pool and installing the raised patio, he also installed another dry-well and seamlessly tied in the new pavers with the work that was already completed. Even with the color of our original pavers being discontinued, he was able to make everything transition in beautifully. It is very rare that you find people who truly care about the quality of their work these days. This is absolutely not the case Rich, the team’s attention to detail was impeccable and they left my property pristine. They took precautions to leave as little damage as possible to my lawn, and did an amazing job with clean up. We will 100% be using them again."

"I would recommend Carl Bongiorno & Sons to everyone. This was a very big job that got bigger as we went along. Over 3,000 sq ft of patio pavers done the right way over a steel reinforced concrete base. A fire pit with bench, a spillover spa, a built in outdoor barbecue area, both rear steps, a retaining wall, a gravel side of house parking area, sod and landscape plantings. Throughout the entire process there was constant communication with Carl and his sons Carl Jr and Garret. They battled mother nature and other contractors with true professionalism. Their equipment is top notch and they did a great clean up every day prior to leaving. As with any project with anyone the more you know about what you want and are able to communicate it to them the better they can assist you with the design of your project. Carl Sr has been in business for a long time and it is now a family business that will be around for a long time to come. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Upon discussing how much brick is required, I learned other companies were taking advantage of me. Ian called when he had a cancellation and fit me in. They first installed a walkway. We then brought them back to install a large patio area and a second walkway. No complaints. Excellent workmanship."

"They stuck to timeline perfectly.  Did work in a respectful manner.  Abided by town ordinances regarding hours of work.  Were respectful to all neighbors concerns and even managed town concerns and called me when needed. They were as respectful with their staff as they were with me a s a client.  They recommended and prepared land for seasonal and weather conditions so work was most efficient in spring.  They were genuinely concerned about my property as if it was their own and made only reasonable and sound recommendations.  Nothing to just "bring them more business".  Great communication and pacifying any apprehensions in a respectful way. I'd use them again anytime for any project.
