Concrete Driveway & Floor Contractors in Kings mills, OH

"Brock Marshall, did an excellent job redoing my deck after a fire burnt half of it down. He knew what ha was doing , he arrived when he said and fixed areas of the deck that were not apparent until it was worked on.. I have already asked him about doing a pool deck for me..I would definitely recommend him ."

"Great to work with and very efficient. Stayed and finished job we hired and several other things we added."

"Fantastic job and done within the time frame that i needed it done in, the crew worked in very bad weather conditions to get me done and its very much appreciated considering my time crunch !!!"

"Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend!"

"Asked for an expedited service on a Saturday; they came the next day. Fantastic team. Very kind and thoughtful. Went above and beyond to help. Thank you. Great job."

"Gridiron Construction did a fantastic job replacing a section of my driveway."

"They were a great experience, came on time and did what was told."

"One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Andrew and the young man who came to my parents house for mold removal and duct cleaning were efficient, professional and so friendly. They will definitely be the first call I make for any work I need done in the future. Thank you for everything, y’all were amazing!"

"I am very happy with the work John and his son did for me - would give 6 stars if I could. I had three small repair jobs and he treated them with the same diligence as a major job. John and Dylan are of the rare breed who do what they promised, when they promised it, for the cost they promised, and with the highest quality."
