The recent repair involved a broken gate post that prevented our gate from closing which created a security situation for our parking lot. Even though Jeff and AOS were heavily booked, they managed to squeeze us in given the safety implications. We have been very impressed with both their customer service and their work! They have certainly become our go to fence contractor."

"Doug and Larry did a great job removing the old pieces and replacing them with new. The old parts were hauled away for disposal. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional. The yard and fence looked great when they were done. Highly recommend this crew. With rainy May weather it took about 2.5 days. Pioneer will not be the lowest price, however, the quality of their materials (beefier) and installation technique (gravel vs concrete) justify the price. We paid half up front and the rest upon completion. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks between approving the job and getting the work done due to demand. We used to repair the fence ourselves until too much failed at the same time and we got old. We won't DIY fences anymore. We'd use Pioneer again."

"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself.
