"It's hasn't rained yet so I cant say if I don't have leaks but that is what I paid for and that is the service that was provided by Mike with Roof Solutions today. Miller and Mike were both informative and nice guys. Mike is who did the work and he was very thorough in explaining why he was doing certain work in certain areas, after he evaluated the roof. This was my first time getting any kind of roof service on any home so I'm not sure if the price was good or bad but seemed worth it to me. Didn't like that they dont accept cards but Miller has a ton of alternative payment options so, not being able to use my debit card was not a deal breaker plus Miller explained why and I think its a perfectly great reason not to accept cards. Honestly, the alternative payment options are more commonly accepted anyways so kiddos also for staying up-with-the-times! I would recommend Roof Solutions as a service provider for your residential and/or commercial roofing needs. AND great clean-up too!"

"There was confusion with scope of work. I wanted my deck redone. On the quote it stated to replace deck boards and pickets. After I voiced my concern of the quality of boards that was going to be reused. They told me it was a additional 700 . It took a whole week to complete work. I have been promised twice that they would do final cleanup. Today it has been 8 days since they painted and still not completed. I should have paid them after cleanup I guess."

"Per my insurance company, I needed to get several estimates to replace my old roof. I met with 3 roof contractors and their price was over what my insurance adjuster would pay. I checked Angie’s list and found Mike. He was a God sent and a Blessing to me! He explained in Great detail about my roof damages and it what it would cost to replace roof. I am on a fixed income and Mike talked to my insurance company (although they were being difficult)and got my insurance company to pay the majority to replace the roof. "I am not one who usually writes letters of recommendation. I believe that if you pay to have something done well ... then it should be done well. But this is an exception and it needs to be recognized. I actually first came into contact with Time to Roof by using Time to Paint to paint my house. That experience was so positive that when it came time to fix my damaged roof... there really was no other choice in my mind. These days, it's hard to even get a subcontractor to show up on time, let alone care about your property. In short, al Parada and "his guys" (as he refers to them) repaired, cared and cleaned up around my house as if they owned it themselves. When Al says he guys will show up at a certain time... they do. When Al says he's going to do something, he does it. More importantly, Time to Roof did many things above and beyond the call to improve my roof. They improved upon the flashing, replaced any rotten wood, replaced or repaired vents, adjusted gutters... the works. In the valleys of my roof they lined all of it with HydroStop... a material that basically eliminates the chance of leakage in the valleys. They made sure the roof vented itself better than the contractors who built my house did.  Each night, the guys swept for nails, fluffed up my pine straw and blew away leaves and debris better than my yard guy does.  It's the attention to detail that impresses. During the recent storms a lot of people have had their roofs repaired around here and i have watched the jobs they have been doing. Each and every time it reinforces my the decision I made to use Time to Roof. Since, I have recommended Al to my brother and my girlfriend.. . both of whom used his services. Ask either of them if they are happy and they will go on and on about it. In the time I have lived on Lake Wylie I have used dozens of subcontractors... and only three, maybe four, stand out. Al's two companies are at the top of that list. And the attention to detail is company wide. My experience with Time to Paint was just as rewarding. I like to think that I have a nice house... but fact is... my house looks nice because of Al.

"I'm very disappointed...I have a small SUV (Toyota Rav4) approx. same size as a car and was charged 15.00 upcharge from what I had already paid.  I got this deal because I used this provider about 1 yr ago and was very pleased with the service provided.  the interior was wiped down with wet cloth with no removal of scuffs. (Any on the market cleaner would have removed the scuffs and  one reason I got the deal was for a good interior cleaning.) My car did not have the usual dirt because I maintain it on a regular basis.  I don't feel the interior was given proper detail..  I have given this provider countless glowing recommendations to family and friends based on my previous good service..I will no longer recommend them nor will I use them again."
