"Curtis arrived a couple of minutes early.  He surveyed all waste, gave me an estimate, and I told him to start loading!  It required two trips using two different types of trailers.  He accomplished everything including sweeping and picking up nails and screws that had fallen during the disassembly of some wooden cabinets.  We talked about a couple of his reviews that did not reflect the level of service I observed and he was sorry for the misunderstandings but felt that any further intervention on his part might make the situation worse.  He also shared that he loves customers who use Angie's List because they acknowledge that he (Curtis) must make a profit after paying  the costs involved for the disposal of all waste.  <br />"
