He was very responsive to questions and explained the new roofing technologies well for me to understand. I have decided to retain their service for new roof installation mainly because of his professionalism and trustworthiness. When the type of shingles we picked was out of stock in the surrounding area, Chris went out of his way to search and order the supply from the neighboring state. I appreciate his willingness to walk the extra mile in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. The crew worked very hard from early morning to late at night and finished the job on time. "The best most professional team of people you will ever meet. Totally happy with our purchase. From William the salesman to Mac the project manager, transparency was the message. The crew arrived on time but the material was delayed resulting in one lost day of five promised to completion. Day two was great. Day three had a hiccup. Wrong color for corner post delivered. Crew had to remove completed work and shifted to the soffit. Derek hustled to correct the problem and assured us completion on Friday. Day four!!! Six crew members on site! Wallace and his team are a siding machine. Everyone worked together and worked to complete the job by the end of the day. One day early. Super clean up. Nothing left behind. Very very friendly people. Price was higher than pinnacle or champion but we definitely got what we paid for. No regrets. Superior company."

"Gerado and Ben were very professional, on time (sent a message when they were 15 minutes away) and explained in detail the cause of the leak in my roof and options for repairing. I have a older home that still had the original vents. Gerado inspected each and only advised repair/replacements for vents where the leak was occurring. The price was fair, they took before/after pictures and offered a 2-year warranty on the work. I would definitely recommend Ben Stone Construction and will use them again in the future."
