"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Joseph showed up in a timely fashion, introduced himself and proceeded to ask me about the reason for his visit. He was tasked to fix a known issue and did so with great results so far. He took the time to take photos and explain to me his plan to remedy the issue. He then fixed the problem and showed me the finished results. In addition he fixed the other issues he discovered during his examination of my roof. He took the time to explain about a couple of additional questions I had regarding my roof. Overall I was very impressed with Joseph and plan on asking him back in the future for any other roofing needs we have. Almost forgot he was very prompt, courteous and easy to schedule via email and phone conversations before he arrived as well."
