He was very responsive to questions and explained the new roofing technologies well for me to understand. When the type of shingles we picked was out of stock in the surrounding area, Chris went out of his way to search and order the supply from the neighboring state. "Joseph showed up in a timely fashion, introduced himself and proceeded to ask me about the reason for his visit. He was tasked to fix a known issue and did so with great results so far. He took the time to take photos and explain to me his plan to remedy the issue. He then fixed the problem and showed me the finished results. In addition he fixed the other issues he discovered during his examination of my roof. He took the time to explain about a couple of additional questions I had regarding my roof. Overall I was very impressed with Joseph and plan on asking him back in the future for any other roofing needs we have.
