Having worked with David Friedlander before on other work I called him up. He suggested digging out to the footings and waterproofing the outside of the foundation. When we dug out, we found that the outside of the foundation was loose and unmortared--sealing wouldn't work well. He suggested building a form around the foundation and pouring a new concrete wall around the existing foundation. It worked amazingly well. The basement is dry as a bone, and the foundation should be good for another hundred years at least! His crew is professional and hard-working. They worked through a snowstorm, and took great care of our place. Best of all, David and the rest of the business are easy to communicate with, clear on expectations and needs, transparent on costs, are able to be scheduled quickly, and work fast. They're great!"
