Working on a budget, they came up with a beautiful design solution and they clearly delivered with the final product. Whatâ s more, they delivered on time and in budget and we couldnâ t be any happier. Most notable is that there had been a miscommunication on a part of the project and I expected the typical contractor pushback. Instead, I was contacted within 30 minutes of my call and they committed to take care of the situation without the typical pointing of fingers attempting to hold the customer accountable. The way it is won?t catch all of the water. 2 : I am expecting that the edges of the extension should be filled with dirt nearly to the top of block work to cover the cement around the blocks. Allow for some settling. Contacted him to fix. NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed about that. I?m 71 and I?ll have to drag bags of dirt to fix it."
