"West Coast Power Vac came highly reviewed. Unfortunately, after walking through every room in our house, one of the technicians looked unwell, coughing and breathing heavily. I asked if he was sick, and he reported that he was ill. They were well aware that we had a newborn in the house, having mentioned it to both the business and the technicians. I spoke with West Coast Power Vac, and their only offer at recourse was to have the same technicians return later in the day to wipe down surfaces? Unprofessional and dangerous."
