"Davidâ s expertise and professionalism resulted in a wonderful renewed large 2-level outside deck. He pressure washed and repaired the deck and stairs as well as advise me in the choices and quality of the stain that he applied. I have another project scheduled with him later this Fall and one yet to be scheduled next Summer. He is helpful in assessing all of the options available which helps moving forward in confidence with a project."

"I have used this Roofing on two different family projects. One was the complete roof retiling of a standard size family home and the most recent project, was for the repair and laying of new roof sheets on the back sun room. Each time I found them to be helpful, co-operative and very professional. On our recent project, Pete was our first point of contact who made the whole experience stress free and quick. Ari and Elijah helped in choosing the materials, right down to the colour and then completing the job in only two days."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
