From the beginning, they showed professionalism, promptness, and care. Gilbert, the rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, sincere, and accessible. He took the time to ensure our questions were answered, followed through on any issues, and made us feel secure that we were in good hands. He met with the engineer that our insurance sent out; he spoke directly with our insurance company when needed; he made sure the roofing team had everything they needed and he gave us a daily report on their progress.
