"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

"Seek Design & Renovation workmanship was outstanding Out of four bids requesting to add four walls and doors to isolate our staff from the main hallways and customers Seek Design & Renovation was selected. The renovation required adding two walls and two doors on both the first and second floor of our main front office. It also required opening two other doorways to allow better access within the departments. They arrived at our facility when they said they would. Their personnel were very professional and knowledgeable on what was required of them. They did a great job of Framing, Sheetrocking, Painting and Installing the new doors. At the end of each day they did an outstanding job of cleaning up before leaving the job site. We look forward to us them again as the need arises here at our site. I also would highly recommend them on building and/or performing renovation at either home or office."

"Absolutely AMAZING! The owner of the company is Julio Barron. He arrived on time and from the first moment he listened to what I have in mind and I finished, he walked me through his suggestions. He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen! "I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

"All went very well with Five Star. Their sub-contractors are top-notch and professional and David Summers oversees all work constantly. they do not cut corners and if they run into a problem they FIX IT and do not ignore it or work around it. They are also known for cleaning up the work area every day."

"These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"
