"New roof was put on our cape cod, southernwood completed the work in a day, scheduled it perfect for the weather 2018 was a wet summer. Roof turned out great. There were a couple minor fixes that had to be done a few months after installation, didn’t matter southernwood set up for a service team to come fix. Their service team was very professional as well as very informative on what they where doing to resolve the situation at hand, I am not a roofer and it was nice to kind of get what was going on. "<p>Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided quality materials and modified the contract to include all  specifics I requested. The installation crew was quite another story. I had to remove black marks from my siding, shutters, and garage door ... some scratches I could not remove.  They did not comply with the manufacturer's instructions for weatherproofing the Velux skylights (I'm not saying that the deviations will cause a leak ... just puts me at risk if there is a problem). Debris from the roof also ripped open one of my window screens. There are loose nails under two of the shingles ... they are up high were I cannot get to them. I have contacted Mike by phone and email requesting he have someone remove the nails from under the shingles, and return my front window screen (he took it to have it repaired) but to date there has been no follow up communication or action from Mike. But for these discrepancies I would be pleased with the job.<br /> <br /> Update. No one knocks the ball out of the park every time at bat and though there were a couple issues with this job they have all been resolved. Mike and his crew made things right and the roof looks great. </p>"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I just wanted to throw a huge shout out to Jenkins Restorations, namely the following individuals: David, Sergio, Nick, and Jamie. First off, David has been the hero we have all needed a ton of times over the last few months. We first met David late 2023 as we were in the process of replacing the floors and found a TON of really terrible damage. It was literally like peeling the layers off of a really moldy-from-the-inside onion where every layer of house that we removed exposed a bigger and more complex issue. David was always prompt, responsive, helpful, professional, helped us through the insurance claim process, and met with our insurance adjuster 3 times? 4 times? He really went out of his way to advocate for us, and we truly felt like we were in good hands. The whole project, which required estimate after estimate, was handled so promptly on the side of Jenkins Restoration, so we were never left waiting for something from them. We were so happy to work with David and his team. Welp, as destiny would have it, we would get to work with Jenkins Restoration again several months later due to one of the children negligently flooding the bathroom sink. While we were never hoping to see David under these circumstances again, we ended up contacting him and within hours? Maybe? We had his water damage team in our house to start mitigation. This is where we met Sergio and Nick, two young and personable professionals who worked in our home from around 3:30pm to 8:00pm-ish to cut out the damaged ceiling, perform moisture readings, set up large dehumidifiers, etc. The VERY next morning, we had Jamie here to assess the situation in order to further assess things. He was super friendly, professional, and honest (about how my husband’s dad jokes were NOT funny – glad I had the opportunity to connect with Jamie on that level). As it stands right now, an adjustor from our insurance company asked if he could come here on Sunday morning to assess the damages. We asked David at some time around 7am if he was available to be present for this, and he responded within seconds that he was. He continues to take care of us and look out for our best interests. I would recommend Jenkins Restoration to anyone who needs some work done as they give us that Chick-Fil-A treatment by treating us like their favorite cousin. 5/5 would recommend, and I would give them MORE stars if I could."

"We live on a hill, with a set of steps to navigate the front yard, that end in a landing at the bottom. They were destroyed in an accident. Steve and his crew at SS Creative were the contractor I selected to repair the work. They did an excellent job matching the new construction to the old construction. Although I didn't expect it, they finished the job on Christmas Eve! I intend to call them for future projects. Excellent craftsmanship!"
