"Company came out within 24 hours and replaced a broken spring in garage door. They also replaced an aging spring on the other side. Tim, the person who did the work, also replaced the second spring, which was 12 years old. He adjusted the entire system and straightened out a "J-bracket" that he discovered had a small bend in it. He thoroughly explained everything he did and gave maintenance tips for the future. He was very knowledgeable of our system, which was from 1995, and knew about our system since he has been doing this work for many years. He had put a set of the more heavy-duty springs in the truck since he suspected, due to our address, that this was an older and heavier door system. <br>  I called on a Thursday afternoon and they came out Friday afternoon at exactly the time they said they would respond. The company guarantees the spring for as long as we own the house. I received an estimate over the phone of $170. The actual bill was less, $166. Tim told me that if there were any problems to call him and he would come back out and make it right.  My experience with this company would have me call them again if I have any problems. <br>"

"I bought a large parcel (~50 acres) of land in northern Arizona and needed a barbed wire fence and gate installed.  I contacted several different fencing companies, but none provided services in the remote area where my land is located, or they wanted a LOT more money than I was prepared to spend.  Luckily, I saw a fleeting ad on Craigslist for Equal Three Ranch fencing services and I contacted the owner, Cardiff Babb, for a quote. <br /> Not only was Cardiff's quote reasonable, but he was very helpful - helping me to understand what materials I would need to supply (to save more $), what to expect from the fencing process, and how long the job might take.  Following Cardiff's excellent advice, I rounded up the necessary supplies and materials and met him on my land.  Given that I have a heavily-treed parcel, don't have direct line-of-sight to the corner pins, and have variations in grade, Cardiff's experience and perserverance (and chainsaw and tractor!) made a big difference in the successful outcome of the job, which took place over several weeks/weekends in November. <br /> Once we understood the magnitude of the job, especially the density of the brush and trees in certain areas, Cardiff adjusted his quote upwards a bit.  However, I was onboard with this as I helped to clear some of the trees and brush in the way of the fenceline, and very much appreciated and understood the difficulty of the task and the time and effort required to complete it. <br /> Cardiff was always on time, is extremely responsible and trustworthy, is a super-hard worker, and has all the right tools for the job, which makes a world of difference (and the same can be said about his crew).  The job took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was unavoidable due to the difficulty of the terrain, the amount of money I had available to spend, and the fact that Cardiff and I both have other full-time jobs that require our attention.  Regardless of that, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, and highly recommend Cardiff and his crew for all your fencing needs. <br /> Initially, I foolishly thought I could do this job myself. "This project ran smoothly from beginning to end. Each day, Brian and Jason explained what they were going to do and before they left, they explained what they were going do the next day. A template was done for the bartop before it was removed. It took more time to do it this way but we were assured the new top would fit perfectly and it did. Everything in the room was covered to protect it from the dust. After the countertop was removed, the outlets had to be moved and they are qualified electricians. The flooring had to be removed in kitchen and living areas. It was a creaky floor and they assured us it wouldn’t creak anymore. There were some damp spots underneath the old flooring in the kitchen and I was called to let me know before they went any further to see what I wanted to do about the dampness. The flooring is in and there is no more creaking! 2,000 screws took care of that! The new baseboard is beautiful. It has been caulked and the nail holes filled in. The mitered cuts they made for each angle took extra time and it is perfection. Onto the newly framed, angled wall where the new fireplace was installed and they had to frame around the exhaust system to satisfy code regulation. I ordered a mantle online and the workmanship was so poor that I called them to pick it up. A mantle was special ordered by the contractor and he picked it up in Phoenix. It is a beautiful mantle and is exactly what we wanted. The stacked stone was laid which has to be exact from the beginning. Painstaking work all the way through because the stone is natural and not perfect. It is a beautiful wall now and they hung the mantle and the Samsung TV. Brian connected all the electronics to the TV. They are so knowledgeable about all facets of remodelling. No sub contractors are necessary. Every day before they left, they would spend the needed time to clean up and put their tools away. They are organised and professional and no one could have been easier to work with. Their work is meticulous and we will recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you, Brian and Jason!"
