"Alliance was professional and timely in both scheduling and on-site work, despite a few structural surprises (from the previous owners).  When the Alliance crew started cleaning the attic vents covers, they realized that not only was insulation blown over the attic vents, but they had been boarded up as well (probably by the insulation company).  They cut out each of the 15 vents by hand and then cleaned the covers.  After the attic was cleaned inside, the attic fan was replaced as well. <br /> The basement was cleaned where some water had seeped in behind the drywall.  They actually increased the scope of the remediation under the same contact and did not charge us extra for this.   Both the attic and basement were completed in a couple of days.  We did have another company test for mold and compare to an outside sample.  The attic passed on the first try, while the basement needed more work due to the sump pump.  Alliance came out again and HEPA vacuumed and re-treated the sump pump and surrounding wall and floor areas.  The second round of testing showed that the mold levels were below the outside mold levels. <br /> We were very happy with their commitment to this job, and the final results. <br />"
