"Eads gave us a solution that another company could not. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"Matt and his Crew did a Awesome Job on my Roof and Gutters! They look Fantastic! I'm now going to have them put a Metal Roof on my Garden Shed! I would highly recommend Matt for his Companies Quality and Price!"

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"Extremely helpful and professional. We had an interesting roof that wasn’t typical and Joe helped us navigate insurance and got us everything we needed. We will definitely go back with him in the future for anything that might arise."

"I am probably one of the most skeptical, penny pinching, perfectionist people on the planet. I worked as a Quality control technician for 31 years for DOA. Waters Custon Exteriors met all my expectations i.e. cost, workmanship, quality of material, timeliness, & cleanliness. I was especially gratified by their patience & ability to keep me informed throughout the process. Thavis, & his family did an excellent job on both my chimney's & roof replacement. They were also very professional in adherence to the current coronavirus protocols. I am telling everyone I know about this company. And yes as you can tell I am extremely satisfied."

"Very happy with how my windows turned out. I really struggled with picking the color for both windows and the wrap. Neil Masten at Barrier Windows was so patient with me. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!"

"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."

"It went very well. Most of the limbs were over buildings on the property, and the crew was careful not to let any of the cut limbs damage my roofs. They cleaned up better than I would have expected. Nicolas even went out of his way to blow out my gutters, as he saw me struggling with that unrelated job."

"Communication and follow up: Very unprofessional. Workmanship; 1) Siding -Excellent 2) Gutters -had to call them back because of bad workmanship. Price: I might have overpaid"
