"After the initial responsiveness and quote for work, the responsiveness diminished. Work was fairly adequate for mulching and weeding. They missed a few vines and the mulch was a little thin. Verbal estimate was for 6 yards of mulch but quote was for more than that, so figured it would have been sufficient. I followed up for vine removal and to check on the mulching work but was told the vines couldn't be located and that rain washed the mulch as a result of a downspout, though no downspout is located in the area. Lawn mowing work was decent but tore into lawn while mowing after a recent rain storm, so was not pleased with that part of the service."
