"Pics show known result of visqueen left on uncured concrete. With widespread rain predicted, Concrete Solutions cancelled the pour; but showed up anyway at 6am (it was misting). Told me they had visqueen to cover the driveway in case of rain. Just as the brush finish was completed, the rain started & visqueen was put over the uncured concrete & left overnight. Contacted about the pattern, comments made include: never seen the pattern before, we don't guarantee appearance, there?s nothing I can do, and we're not going to replace the concrete (I hadn?t asked). I was repeatedly told the pattern would fade out (after 5 mo., still there). Later, an offer to stain the concrete was made; a temporary fix requiring periodic recoating at my expense. Now, they refuse to do anything. With 40 years experience, shouldn?t they know about visqueen left overnight on uncured concrete? They took the risk, I get to pay them $5500 and live with their mistakes. I don't recommend Concrete Solutions. "

They removed the driveway and stairway to my home and it's been a muddy mess since July 2025. They promise to show up and don't. They block your phone number and they won't let you talk to anyone in upper management. I finally had to hire an attorney and they still aren't responding.
