When it comes to the painting of your home, we have 13 steps to follow to ensure that your project meets that quality we strive for. Our 13 step service : Pressure wash and remove all mildew : We pressure wash your house from top to bottom removing all dirty areas and use a bleach solution to remove and kill all mildew. Scrape and sand any flaking paint: All bubbling , flaking , and peeling paint will be thoroughly prepped so the paint will adhere. Patch cracks in stucco : When it comes to Patching all stucco Top Quality painters make sure that all cracks and holes are properly patched using an elastomeric stucco patch. Resetting all loose nails : We Reset all of your loose nails in siding and prime rusted ones. Caulking : We properly caulk and seal around all windows , door frames and trim. We use a premium caulking that will last on you're home. Priming : When it comes to priming our top quality painters use the proper primer to prevent peeling and insure a long lasting paint job on your home . Cracked boards : All cracked boards will be filled and properly restored . Numbers and Light fixtures : All numbers and light fixture will be removed, painted behind and put back properly. Cover and Protect all non- paintables : Windows , walkways , plants , landscaping , and all non-paintables will be protected thoroughly. Application: professional painters will apply all products in the proper fashion to make you're home look right. Proper waste Disposal : All garbage , empty buckets and clean up materals will be brought back to our warehouse and disposed of properly. Spotless clean up: All sidewalks , walkways , and areas are cleaned of any paint debris.
