"Kay's team is the best!!! The entire company is very responsive and will come back when requested (we have had them come back when we see ants). They do a very thorough job, are all very professional and knowledgeable, and provide exceptional customer service. We have recommended them to several neighbors and they all love Insight too!"

"They gave me a 2 hour window and both times the workers arrived on time. They were knowledgeable, professional, and were very responsive to my concerns. They require a year long contract, and come out every quarter. They do a free 2 week follow up after the first visit. During the initial visit, the pest control professional placed stations with poison in various locations and blocked some places where the mice were entering. She also showed me that there was an issue with the bulkhead. I did find one dead mouse outside but haven't seen any others since that first visit. She found evidence of ants and wasps and suggested I upgrade (which means they would deal with other critters in addition to the mice). I wish I had done that initially since it's not that much more expensive, but now I'll have to wait until the 3 month visit for that, since I don't want to pay for an extra visit."

"Evidence of a skunk digging up our yard prompted a call to BestWay Wildlife Control.  Chuck was very professional and helpful with regards to our issue.  He was able to arrive on site (Boston area) promptly after my call that same day.  He confirmed our suspicions that the skunk was most likely searching for grubs and other insects to fatten up for the winter.  Chuck gave advice on long time control (grub/insect control), advised me of the costs for skunk removal, and set five traps to control the immediate concern.  The next day we caught one skunk.  The second morning nothing.  The third day we caught another skunk.  The fourth day we caught nothing.   Each morning Chuck and I communicated and if a skunk was present he arrived and removed by noon.  There was no spray from the skunks.  I would recommend and use BestWay Wildlife Control again for animal removal needs. <br />"

"He came for the initial consultation the day after we called, and gave us an estimate of $800.00 to install one way doors to get rid of the squirrels in our attic. The initial work was done within a few days from the estimate, and he came back 2 weeks later to remove the doors and close up the holes. He was nice, prompt, and very professional when we asked for a certificate of insurance before hiring him to work on our house. ( We had gotten a previous bid from another company, but the man insulted us, and refused to do the work, when we asked him for an insurance certificate.) Their price seemed a bit high compared to others listed on Angie's List, but our roof if VERY high, so maybe that affected the cost. MVW's work is guaranteed for 1 year, and I would definitely call them again."

FAQs for skunk control projects in Kittery, ME

Before trying DIY wildlife removal, check your local regulations. Some species are protected, and improper trapping can lead to fines. Hiring a licensed professional ensures safe and legal removal. Pros also have proper safety equipment and knowledge about the best removal methods for your situation. Additionally, they can offer ongoing service to ensure your infestation doesn’t return.

Wildlife removal focuses on humanely capturing and relocating animals, while pest control often involves extermination methods that can harm your pets and the people in your family. Pest control is also used for insects, while wildlife removal deals with larger creatures. Choosing wildlife removal protects both your home and local animal populations.
