Cleanup was never fully done—we picked up over 200 nails ourselves to protect our 3-year-old. When we reported continued leaking, they blamed the chimney, then the insulation, then refused to help further. The owner yelled at us and said we were “ungrateful.” Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and unresolved issues. We would not recommend Lane Roofing to anyone."
