They were very detailed in their work, and the only noise was from the Sander (which has a magic catcher for the heavy stuff.) No Loud Radios playing!!! "I DO NOT recommend this company. The technician that came was very nice but it was his first day alone. He did not know how to remove the shower handle and in the process broke the handle and the valve (and also broke the drain when he removed it as well). Water shot out of the broken valve and he then flooded my second story bathroom and the kitchen below. He did not know where the water shut off valve was located. It caused over $5000.00 worth of damage to my house. I understand that accidents happen, but the owner was not at all responsive and actually never came to my house to talk with me or assess the damage but sent his manager instead. He never contacted me I had to contact him, multiple times. He drug his feet on getting insurance involved and over a month later I still have a completely gutted bathroom and a giant hole in my kitchen ceiling. And with all of this trouble and headache and time this accident on their behalf caused me, he wouldn't even offer to do the bathtub resurface for me. He recommended another company. At this point, I do too. Horrible customer service. We had it redone by another company who was quick and fantastic."
