My only disappointment was that there are different types of deck waterproofing and sealing, and (in retrospect) I wish they had been a little more 'consultative' in the pre-sales phase, explaining the options to me so that I could make an educated decision on the choice of sealant and color. After the job was performed they did call me to discuss the minor concerns I raised. That conversation was very helpful, and I appreciate their concern about my satisfaction. My only suggestion to Mel is to have that conversation BEFORE the job to manage the customer's expectations."
