"Prouty did a great job on the chimney liners and ultimately the chimney cap repair. I rated them a C on responsiveness and professionalism specifically for an issue related to finishing the chimney cap in April when the weather conditions allowed for the repair. We financed the project over a six month period. I had requested that they provide pictures of the finished work including the chimney cap. Other companies we have used in the past provide before and after pictures. However, we were told that because they had already completed the chimney cap repair, they would not return to take pictures. It wasn't until we withheld the final payment that they agreed to return and provide pictures; only to find out that the work had not been completed. They were apologetic about the error in the paperwork, but I can't help thinking if we had not withheld the final payment, we would have been unaware that the repair had not been completed. I believe I would hire them again, but would have to make sure to verify the completed work."

"My car was repaired in one day. I dropped it off at night and picked up the next afternoon exactly at the time I was told it would be ready. The left front fender was damaged in a parking lot and looked very bad. In and Out repaired the fender, by buffing out the scratches, touched up the damaged pain, replaced the piece that goes around the light, the car was buffed and polished. When I picked it up it looked great! I could not have been more pleased. Luiz is owner and was outstanding in assessing the damage was extremely honest and professional in every way. The price was one of three estimates I had gotten and was by far the most responsible. I highly recommend this business. Unfortunately I did not take before and after photos."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"We asked Mr. Dunn to clean and check on water issues we were having with our two chimneys. On his first visit, he cleaned one chimney and said the other didn't need cleaning. He checked and found both our 36-year old chimneys needed new collars and lids and recommended waterproofing the brick. We agreed and the work was done promptly. The masons finished the demolition and new collars on a Friday. Mr. Dunn returned Saturday to replace the lids and do the waterproofing. It started to rain lightly and Mr. Dunn stopped work, saying the moisture would interfere with the waterproofing process, and returned Sunday to finish when it was dry. We were pleased that both the masons and Mr. Dunn covered an adjacent sky light to protect it. Mr. Dunn and his crews were capable, efficient, professional and personable. It was a pleasure doing business with them."
