"Our original project was to finish up drywall work, painting and trim for two bathroom remodels. We decided to get quotes for inside doors along with it. Seeing that LM Coatings also does exterior painting and pressure washing, we decided to also get an outdoor quote for numerous pressure washing and painting of exterior doors and foundation. We were thinking of just doing the interior first and the exterior down the road, but decided to do all of it due to the fair price. Luis is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess all of our projects quickly and give a thorough detailed quote. He and his crew are very polite and hardworking; even working all weekend in some cases. Although this project is named interior home paint, it obviously included drywall work, pressure washing many different things (including a metal roof) and exterior painting as well. "They did a Complete Home Flip!! Starting outside wood repair and replace. To Prime and paint To update kitchen cabinets to new. New Pergo flooring in kitchen and both bathrooms. All priming and painting of ceilings walls, and installed new baseboard and quarter round in all rooms. Installed new six panel doors in place of the old doors throughout the house, new metal front door and new metal back door installed. Also installed all new light fixtures in kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Tom and his helper Mike are outstanding individuals very professional to the point and take notes very well with what you would like done.
