I needed a fresh install from the dryer to the wall plus a new vent. Rob give a once over what I had and clearly explained all of my options. After deciding on a course of action work was completed in a very timely manner. The workspace was left cleaner than he found it. Rob was professional all the way thru and answered all the questions I had."

They refused to honor their own writing. They were incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Charged me $175 to come out and look at unit and not be able to diagnose the problem. After that appointment they showed up on my doorstep un announced. No problem selling faulty equipment and they have no remorse."
