"He came out and cleaned the gutters out. He was suppose to check out the roof. It was in the 90s and he said it was too hot and there was a risk of the shingles breaking off if he went up there, which I know to be true. But he never came back to check it. As for cleaning the gutters, he did a good job. As for as checking the roof, he didn't do anything."

I received a lot of estimates and realized that only replacing a part of the roof would not be the best option for the entire roof. The township required documents from Alliance and they were on top of all needed to send to the zoning officer. I was able to use financing because an entire roof is very expensive and I wasn't planning for that. Now I have a new roof."

They finished the house and garage roofs in one day and cleaned up well. His men damaged our whole attic vent fan while removing it and Al immediately ran out and bought a replacement at no extra charge. The new roof is weather-tight and has stood up to strong winds.
