We on occasion left house open for crew to enter and work unattended allowing them to leave and lock up at end of the day. (wouldn't trust just anybody to do that). Mr. Sellman was very aware of the history of our neighborhood and construction practices of our home built over 30 years ago and made improvements to faulty craftsmanship of the original contractor.
