Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. "JV Roofing is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. During the snowy weather, a vent pipe was broken in half and the vent pipe base was torn away leaving a hole in the roof. I called JV Roofing to look over the damages at 11:00 am and was told that Juan would be there at 2:00 pm. He arrived before the scheduled time to help. Exceptionally good response time! He determined that the vent pipe would have to be repaired by a plumper. He went on the roof to repair the hole in a downpour and on a slippery slate tile roof. After the repairs, he said there are no charges since he was here anyway. I will be using JV Roofing in the future for sure."

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

We decided, however, to go with a different vendor: they came in a bit lower, could get us on their calendar quicker, provided us with other insulation services that were required that Alpha Energy Savers wouldn't address (e.g., some removal of existing old insulation), and didn't drill into siding (removed siding pieces instead)."
