The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing. Squire Creek Construction was not contracted to complete the electrical and plumbing as it is not part of their repertoire but Pete was able to recommend several reputable companies. Pete framed the sun room, sauna, and dressing room. He also installed flooring, windows, skylights, doors, and cedar siding in the sauna and dressing room. We bought the sauna stove at a specialty store and had Pete install it for us. Pete also remodeled the deck that is attached to our new additon. He extended the roof line and installed several skylights and a trellis on the end of our deck. Our biggest compliment to Pete is that he took time to be sure the job was done correctly the first time. We were impressed with his attention to detail and all the work we had done looks beautiful!"
