"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He and his crew did an impeccable job for an exceptional price! the job entailed creating better drainage for the yard, evening the grade of the yard, installing paver stones for my trash cans, and decorative landscaping of the strip of land closest to the house.
