He was very timely in getting the quote and work agreement to us by email.  I might add here that his pricing was very fair.   An agreed upon time was established for the job to be done.  Lenny came at the time agreed prepared to go to work.  When you are hiring someone to do interior painting it is done with fear and trepidation because they are coming into your home and quite honestly it could prove to be a disaster.  However, this was not the case with Lenny.  He was very professional, neat, clean and respectful in all of his actions.  There was great concern on his part to be sure he was meeting our expectations.
