"The carpet cleaning was fine and the cost was OK, though in our family room there were some bugs left behind under the window.  But five months after the work and we paid the bill, they sent another bill. I think they were "fishing" for more money, hoping someone would forget they paid the bill and think "Oh no, didn't I pay that bill?" and pay it again. The second bill was for a different amount. Phone calls have gone unanswered and so have emails. I suspect something is not right with this company and I'll stear clear from them in the future."

"He is very meticulous and precise.  He listens well and makes recommendations for the overall improvement of the project.  He did some of the work while we were out of town and he provided pictures, on-line, of the progress of the work.  We recently had company who are realtors.  When we showed them the remodeled bathroom, they were very impressed by the clean, straight caulking around the counter top and shower as well as the quality of the floor tile and grouting.  He also continually cleans up after himself at the end of the day.  We will definitely use John again for future projects."
