"USS came and gave us an estimate in the rain. A very patient guy explained everything and then looked at every inch of the outside and basement to create a drawing for the team. He explained that some of the work may be one of two ways and he would let us know on the actual estimate which way is best. He had looked at the structural engineer's report before he came out and agreed with all of the suggestions made therein, and suggested a process and a timeframe for the work. They were able to work us in before the end of the year and completed the work within the stated time-frame even with a holiday weekend in the mix. The workmen were professional and did not litter in my yard or basement. If we need further work done, USS is tops on our list."

I thought the technician was four hours late; however, I was the one who recorded the wrong time. The other issues I had a problem with, they repaired. They also brought her the paper every morning. Our driveway is very long. She would have had to wait until we came home from work otherwise. They are coming back to remodel our kitchen soon! "Responded to request within an hour.  Came out and gave estimate that day.  They went out of their way to help us decide the best place to pour the two individual pads.  Began work two days later.  The entire crew worked very hard and were very professional.  They had to deal with delays waiting on the delivery of rock and three trucks of concrete, but handled it well.  They worked late, because of the delays, but were determined to get the huge job completed in one day.  They went out of their way to help us prepare the site by moving our storage buildings.  Cody came back the following two days to check on the slabs to ensure that they were curing correctly and to score them to prevent cracking.  Everything about this job was excellent.  I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"<p>I just purchased my home and they were punctual about coming out to the house (at my request) even before I closed in order to provide me a quote.  After seeing all the great reviews on Angie's list, I knew I wanted to hire them for both my deck expansion project as well as a large privacy fence. Due to the peak time and already scheduled jobs I had to wait for them to start my project. Everything was coordinated with Aaron, and he was wonderful! They sub-contracted the deck job out to Shane with Integrity Home Improvement. Shane understood what I wanted and because we coordinated it while I was out-of state, he even sketched out a picture and sent it to me so I could confirm we had the same vision.  Although it took quite a while to complete the job, Shane and his crew did fantastic work. They were very professional and neat while doing the work and made sure the place was cleaned up once the deck was complete. "They came in we shook hands then they went to the deck did their measurments explained what they would be doing,  I told them of the lights and walk way I wanted to have installed also for nighttime saftie, <br /> I invited them inside (is cold) we sat and they explained all to be done and the cost  ($2000 for the deck repairs and the ramp) less than  I thought it would be.   He noticed my Air Force Cap and thanked me for my servece we talked Army Air Force for about an hour <br />"
